Your hosts, Oliver and Uwe, welcome you to their beautiful fully equipped guesthouse,
and the delights of Benidorm and the surrounding areas.
Benidorm is famous for its wide sandy beaches, wonderful climate and extensive
gay scene, making it the perfect destination for your well-deserved holiday.
Whether you want to simply relax or have an action packed adventure, Benidorm
has it all. Watersports, golf courses, Terra Mitica (the newest theme park in
Spain) tranquil mountain villages and spectacular landscapes, are just a few
of the things Benidorm offers, and its climate will ensure you have a great
time even in the winter when the average daily temperature is almost 19°C.
During the summer the average daytime temperature is almost 32°C, whilst
the seawater temperature reaches a staggering 29°C.
Whatever time of year to choose to visit, VILLA DE LOS SUEÑOS and Benidorm
will be ready to make your holiday unforgettable.

Our large outdoor swimming pool (clothing optional) is open all year round with
comfortable sunloungers and a fully stocked bar for those hot lazy days.
Our extensively equipped outdoor gymnasium and Jacuzzi will help you stay in
shape or simply relax.
To help you enjoy your stay, we also have a comprehensive music CD library,
together with all the local gay guides and tourist information and we can arrange
car hire for those wishing to visit further afield.
We have a variety of themed evenings throughout the year, varying from our weekly
BBQ, Tapas or Paella evenings, to special events such as our "Eurovision
Song Contest Fiesta".
Whether you just want to relax in our beautiful surroundings, venture into Benidorm
town for the hectic nightlife or explore the wonders of the region, we are happy
to assist you in any way we can.
Rooms:
We have three different categories of accommodation to offer you. All three
types of room have a large double bed, private ensuite bathroom with shower,
Satellite television, CD Player, ceiling fan and bathrobe, together with room
service six days a week.
Our "Standard" rooms have a small balcony or terrace, whilst our "Deluxe"
rooms are larger and have a private terrace.
Finally, our "Superior" rooms are even larger still, together with
a larger bathroom which has both a shower and bathtub. Superior rooms are also
supplied with extra seating and with pool towels and have a balcony with a stunning
sea view. Whichever type of accommodation you choose, a buffet breakfast (served
until 2pm on our panoramic seaview terrace) is included, snacks are served during
the daytime and we also offer an optional 3 course dinner as half board at an

Location:
Our exclusive guesthouse, with its charming atmosphere, is located above Benidorm
on a picturesque mountainside. It is set in 6000m² of its own stunning
Mediterranean gardens with spectacular panoramic sea views, and is only 3km
from the old town district and the main beaches.
Benidorm has a large gay scene with over 20 different gay bars (varying from
small and intimate to larger and modern), a huge outdoor gay disco, several
gay restaurants and 2 saunas. Best of all, Benidorm's gay scene is open 365
days a year!
Benidorm is the jewel of the Costa Blanca and it is famous for its beautiful
beaches (Poniente and Levante), which are considered by the U.N.O to be amongst
the seven best beaches in the world.
For those with more adventurous tastes, why not try the sanctuary of one of
the many local secluded nude beaches or take a breathtaking trip into the mountains
to see the fascinating local villages and landscapes or visit the capitals Alicante
and Valencia.

perfekter Ort, um seinen wohlverdienten Urlaub zu verbringen.
Egal, ob Du einfach nur Deine Seele baumeln lassen möchtest oder Dich in

Dir alle Möglichkeiten: Wassersport, Golfplätze, Natur- und Freizeitparks
(Terra Mitica) und traumhafte Berglandschaften mit kleinen spanischen Dörfern

Neben einem CD- und Bücherverleih, bieten wir Dir umfangreiches Info- und
Kartenmaterial an. Für diejenigen, die das abwechslungsreiche Umland erkunden

verschiedenen Themenabende, wie wöchentliche Grill-, Tapas- oder Paellaabende

Zimmer:
Unsere Villa verfügt über drei verschiedene Zimmerkategorien. Alle
Zimmer bieten ein großes Doppelbett, ein privates Badezimmer mit Dusche
oder Duschwanne, Sat-TV, CD-Player, Deckenventilator, Bademäntel, sowie
Zimmer-service an sechs Tagen der Woche.
Unsere Standard-Zimmer haben einen kleinen Balkon oder Terrasse; die Deluxe-Zimmer
sind geräumiger und verfügen über eine größere Terrasse
oder Balkon; die Superior-Zimmer sind sehr großzügig, haben ein großes
Bad mit Duschwanne und WC, sind ausgestattet mit einer extra Sitzecke, Pooltüchern,
Balkon und besitzen Meerblick. In allen Zimmerkategorien ist im Preis ein reichhaltiges
Frühstücksbuffet inbegriffen, das bis 14 Uhr auf unseren Panorama-Terrassen
eingenommen werden kann; tagsüber servieren wir kleine Snacks von unserer
Karte und ein Abendessen ist als Halbpension im voraus gegen Aufpreis buchbar.

ist ca. 3 km von der Altstadt und den weiten Sandstränden entfernt.

klein und gemütlich bis groß und modern), einer großen Outdoor-Gay-Disco,
verschiedenen Restaurants und 2 Saunen an 365 Tagen alles, was man(n) sich in

su ambiente gay, aparece como el destino perfecto para tus merecidas vacaciones.
Tanto si buscas sólo relax como aventura, Benidorm, lo tiene todo. Deportes
acuáticos, campos de golf, Terra Mítica (el nuevo parque temático

Disponemos de tres categorías de alojamiento que ofrecerte. Los tres
tipos de habitación disponen de una gran cama doble, baño privado
on suite con ducha, TV Satélite, reproductor de CD, ventilador de techo
y albornoz, así como servicio de habitaciones seis días a la semana.
Nuestras habitaciones "Standard" tienen un pequeño balcón
o terraza, mientras que nuestras habitaciones "Deluxe" son más
grandes y con terraza privada.Finalmente, nuestras habitaciones "Superior"son
todavía más amplias, con asientos extra, un baño más
grande que incluye ducha, bañera y toallas de piscina, balcón
con vistas impresionantes al mar. Independientemente del tipo de alojamiento,
el almuerzo buffet (servido hasta las 2 h. de la tarde) queda incluido.

Unsere Villa verfügt über 12 Zimmer in drei verschiedenen Zimmerkategorien.
Alle Zimmer bieten ein großes Doppelbett, ein privates Badezimmer mit
Dusche oder Duschwanne, Sat-TV, CD-Player, Deckenventilator, Bademäntel,
sowie Zimmerservice an sechs Tagen der Woche.
Unsere Standard-Zimmer haben einen kleinen Balkon oder Terrasse; die Deluxe-Zimmer
sind geräumiger und verfügen über eine größere Terrasse
oder Balkon; die Superior-Zimmer sind sehr großzügig, haben ein großes
Bad mit Duschwanne und WC, sind ausgestattet mit einer extra Sitzecke, Pooltüchern,
Balkon und besitzen Meerblick. In allen Zimmerkategorien ist im Preis ein reichhaltiges
Frühstücksbuffet inbegriffen, das bis 14 Uhr auf unseren Panorama-Terrassen
eingenommen werden kann; an unserer ganzjährig geöffneten Poolbar
servieren wir neben Cocktails auch diverse Snacks und verschiedene Menüs.

Unser stilvolles Gästehaus mit privater Atmosphäre ist oberhalb von
Benidorm in einer ruhigen Berglandschaft mit Panorama-Meerblick gelegen. Die
individuelle Anlage mit 6000m² großem mediterranen Garten ist ca.
2,5 km von der Altstadt und den weiten Sandstränden entfernt (Busverbindung),
die neuen Golfplätze sind in 2 min mit dem Auto erreichbar.

großen Outdoor-Discos (gay-friendly), verschiedenen Restaurants und 3

Whether you just want to relax in our beautiful surroundings, venture into Benidorm

Rooms
We have 12 rooms in three different categories of accommodation to offer you.
All three types of rooms have a king size double bed, private ensuite bathroom
with shower, Satellite television, CD player, ceiling fan and bathrobe, together
with room service six days a week.
Our "Standard" rooms have a small balcony or terrace, whilst our "Deluxe"
rooms are larger and have a private terrace.
Finally, our "Superior" rooms are even larger still, together with
a bigger bathroom which has both a shower and bathtub. Superior rooms are also
supplied with extra seating and with pool towels and have a balcony with a stunning
sea view. Whichever type of accommodation you choose a buffet breakfast (served
until 2pm on our panoramic sea view terrace) is included. We also serve snacks
and meals at our poolside café-bar which is open all year round. Our

Location
Our exclusive guesthouse, with its charming atmosphere, is located above Benidorm
on a picturesque mountainside. It is set in 6000m² of its own stunning
Mediterranean gardens with spectacular panoramic sea views, and is only 2.5km
from the old town district and the main beaches (regular bus service); the three
new golf courses can be reached in 2 min by car.
Benidorm has a large gay scene with over 20 different gay bars (varying from
small and intimate to larger and modern), outdoor discos (gay-friendly), restaurants
and 3 gay saunas. Best of all, Benidorm's gay scene is open 365 days a year!
Benidorm is the jewel of the Costa Blanca and it is famous for its beautiful
beaches (Poniente and Levante), which are considered by the U.N.O to be amongst
the seven best beaches in the world. Why not try the sanctuary of one of the
many local secluded nude beaches or take a breathtaking trip into the mountains
to see the fascinating local villages and landscapes or visit the capitals Alicante,
Valencia and Murcia.

y facilitarte el alquiler de coches si deseas visitar los alrededores.
Tanto si buscas sólo relax en nuestras instalaciones, aventura en las
animadas noches de Benidorm o explorar las maravillas de la región, estaremos
encantados de asistirte en todo aquello que podamos.
Habitaciones
Disponemos 12 habitaciones de tres categorias. Los tres tipos de habitación
disponen de una gran cama doble, baño privado on suite con ducha, TV
Satélite, reproductor de CD, ventilador de techo y albornoz. Nuestras
habitaciones "Standard" tienen un pequeño balcón o terraza,
mientras que nuestras habitaciones "Deluxe" son más grandes
y con terraza privada. Finalmente, nuestras habitaciones "Superior"
son todavía más amplias, con asientos extra, un baño más
grande que incluye ducha, bañera y toallas de piscina, balcón
con vistas impresionantes al mar. Independientemente del tipo de alojamiento,
el almuerzo buffet (servido hasta las 2 h. de la tarde) queda incluido. Servimos
bebidas y comidas en el cafe-bar de nuestra piscina durante todo el año.
